PALM SPRINGS "Rich & Famous Tour & Windmill Tour" with Village Fest- Thursday, January 24, $76                                                                                          On this decent led, afternoon tour, we'll venture to the playground of start, Palm Springs, for the Rich and Famous Tour and Windmill Tour! Your professional guide will treat you to dozens of celebrity homes all right in the city of Palm Springs. Your guide will add fun and spice it with stories and vignettes and maybe a secret or two along the way. We'll then move on to the Windmill Tour. When driving into the beautiful Coachella valley, one of the most striking sights you'll see is the vast array of wind turbines that sprout from the desert floor. NEW!!! KELLOGG ESTATE TOUR and ARABIAN HORSE SHOW- Sunday, April 7, $79, Pomona 1925, W.K. Kellogg, the cereal magnate, purchased 377 acres for his Arabian horse ranch and winter home in Pomona. He later donated the ranch to Cal Poly Pomona College, whose Equine Studies students continue the tradition of hosting the fabulous Arabian Horse exhibitions which demonstrate the grace, beauty and intelligence of these magnificent animals. Trip also includes a tour of the Kellogg House, shopping at the Farm Store, a brewery tour and a buffet lunch at the campus’ Kellogg West restaurant, before we take our seats for the Arabian Horse Show at the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center. This long standing tradition started by Kellogg himself in 1926.
